Service Description
Mat Pilates Challenge adheres to the Pilates fundamentals but moves at a slightly faster pace with more intermediate to advanced options. We will occasionally incorporate props.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class booking. Late cancelations or no-shows may be charged the full class price.
