Service Description
Mat Pilates Challenge adheres to the Pilates fundamentals but moves at a slightly faster pace with more intermediate to advanced options. We will occasionally incorporate props.

Please note that we require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a mat class booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full class price.
